Whether you are a young person, or the parent of a young person, the 0-19 team are here to offer you advice, support and information to help you be as healthy as possible.
We realise moving from being a teenager to an adult can be tough and we want to help you in any way we can, for example if you:
• Feel low in mood, stressed or anxious
• Have problems with relationships
• Want contraceptive advice, including emergency contraception
• Are concerned about your sexual health
• Have questions about your identity
• Are having problems going to the toilet
• Don’t feel safe
• Are caring for a parent who is ill or disabled
• Want help with quitting smoking
• Need advice about alcohol and drug use
• Want help managing your weight
